TV Sales Easter Egg Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Promotion is open to all TV SALES & HOME customers, excluding employees of TV SALES & HOME and their immediate family members. Employees of accredited advertising agencies and their immediate family members are also ineligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The Promotion shall commence on 13 March 2025 and shall conclude on 23 March 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “the Promotion Period”).
3.1 Details regarding the manner of participation in the Promotion shall be provided at https://www.facebook.com/TvSalesHome.
3.2 Participants are required to adhere to the instructions provided in order to locate the hidden “eggs” or clues.
3.3 To qualify for the prize draw, participants must submit the correct word via the online form at https://www.tvsales.co.zw/easter-egg-hunt/.
3.4 Participants must correctly answer the qualifying question to be eligible for prizes.
4. Data Collection
4.1 Participation in the Promotion necessitates the collection of customer data, including, but not limited to, telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses.
4.2 By participating in the Promotion, participants grant their consent to the collection and use of their data for marketing purposes by TV Sales & Home Private Limited and TV Sales Financial Services Private Limited.
5. Branch Involvement
5.1 The Promotion may incorporate activities at TV SALES & HOME branch locations.
5.2 Specific details concerning branch involvement, dates, and operational procedures shall be communicated separately.[GC2]
6.1 The following prizes are available to be won in the Promotion:

6.2 Details of the prizes available to be won in the Promotion shall also be provided at our websites, www.tvsales.co.zw and www.tvsalesbusiness.co.zw, and on our social media platforms.
6.3 TV SALES & HOME reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value.
6.4 Prizes are non-transferable and shall not be exchangeable for cash.
6.5 TV SALES & HOME reserves the right to limit the number of prizes won by a single customer.
7. Winner Selection and Notification[GC4]
7.1 The Main Draw for prize winners will be held online on 22 March 2025.
7.2 Winners shall be selected and notified in accordance with the details provided at https://www.tvsales.co.zw/easter-egg-hunt/ on 23 March 2025.
7.3 Winners will be announced on 23 March 2025 via the TV SALES & HOME official Facebook channel.
7.4 The decision of TV SALES & HOME regarding the winners shall be final.
8. Publicity
8.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to permit TV SALES & HOME to utilise their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.

10. Force Majeure
10.1 TV SALES & HOME shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, or government actions.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVSH’s liability for any claim arising from or in connection with the Promotion shall be limited to the value of the prize awarded to the relevant participant. TV SALES & HOME shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
12. Data Protection
12.1 TV SALES & HOME shall process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participants have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data. 13. Severability
13.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.1 TV SALES & HOME reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the related social media pages and website. It is the participants’ responsibility to check for these changes.
15. Disqualification
15.1TV SALES & HOME reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices.
16 Additional Terms
16.1 Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these rules, which will be interpreted by TVSH-appointed judges, whose decision is final.
16.2 Participants and winners who are minors (below 18 years) must be assisted by their parents or legal guardians.
16.3 TV SALES & HOME reserves the right to use any photography or video footage acquired during the Promotion for media purposes at no charge.
16.4 To qualify for the prize draw, participants must submit the correct word using the website form at https://www.tvsales.co.zw/easter-egg-hunt/.
16.5 To redeem prizes, winners must present valid proof of identification.
16.6 Participants must answer the qualifying question to be eligible for prizes.
16.7 Full participation requires legal name, national ID number, mobile number, date of birth, and physical address.
16.8 Participants and winners indemnify TV SALES & HOME against any claims arising from participation.
