TV Sales & Home originally became a household name as TV Sales & Hire. The core business was, as the name suggests, the selling and hiring out of TV sets as well as a wide range of audio-visual products and accessories. In recent years the company expanded its offering to include a broader range of household goods and appliances which now includes fridges, freezers, washing machines, cookers, lounge suites, base & mattress sets, dining room suites, bedroom suites as well as the largest range of audio-visual equipment in Zimbabwe. With this wider offering came a change in name to TV Sales & Home.
As part of our continued growth, we currently have a vacancy for an experienced Service Centre Administrator within our organisation. Applications are invited, in writing, to fill this vacancy.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
• Candidates aged between 25 and 45 years are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 O’ Levels, including Mathematics and English.
• Preferably a technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience servicing and repairing household appliances preferred.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must possess good listening skills and be able to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Team player, confident and honest.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
